Faculty Member: Kimberly Thomsen, MD

 

Rheumatologist Dr. Kimberly Thomsen is a member of the physician team at Marquette Medical Specialists. Dr. Thomsen has been practicing for more than a decade and is board certified in internal medicine and rheumatology. She’s been working with MFMRP residents for the past year and although relatively new to the area, Dr. Thomsen worked extensively with rheumatology fellows and internal medicine residents at University Hospitals Case Medical Center and St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. “I really enjoyed my past interactions with residents and fellows and look forward to continued teaching opportunities with the Marquette General Family Medicine Residency Program,” Dr. Thomsen said. When working with Dr. Thomsen, residents get a firsthand look at a broad spectrum of rheumatologic diseases.
